BASH! puts on “O Face” for ‘09

BASH #6 is on the streets of D.C. and looking sharp with a full color portrait of Barack Obama on the cover by Greg Halbert.

Strange Sightings

A large, pungent hominid makes its first appearance online today. Skunk Ape, the Floridian “Big Foot,” comes to life in Matt Dembicki’s two page short story, which is available today (and henceforth) on the BASH Comic Calendar. Enjoy.

BASH Magazine welcomes Sean Ford

Readers of BASH #5 will notice the work of Sean Ford who contributed a BASH exclusive titled “Waiting for your Bro.” Fans of Ford’s work will recognize his ghostly characters from his Only Skin mini comic series.

The December Comic Calendar will have excerpts from Only Skin (25 pages total), as well as Disappearing Kids, a nine-page story that re-imagines an ancient myth of creation, consumption and rebirth. Four Days of Sean Ford will begin December 7th.
